Shipping policy

All outfits are customized on order, therefore no return and no refund policy applies.
Exchange is available only in case of any fault or issue from our side.
Any exchange complaint must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the parcel.
Outfits will only be exchanged if there is a genuine fault in the article.
Standard delivery time is 7 business days.
50% advance payment is required to confirm the order.

1. Shipping Areas

We currently offer shipping to all major cities and towns across Pakistan. If you are located in a remote area, please contact us at +923277652491 to confirm delivery availability.

2. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

  • During peak seasons or sales, processing may take slightly longer, and we will notify you of any delays.

3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

We partner with trusted courier services (TCS, Leopards, M&P, or others) to ensure safe and timely delivery.

  • Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days (depending on location)

  • Express Shipping: 1-3 business days (available at an additional cost)

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather delays, courier delays, or public holidays).

4. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping: Available on orders above PKR 3000 (if applicable).

  • Flat Rate Shipping: PKR 250 for orders below the free shipping threshold.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) + Advance Payment: Pay 50% Advance & 50% On Cash On Delivery

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS/Email/WhatsApp to monitor your package’s status.

6. Undelivered/Returned Orders

  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or unavailability of the recipient, reshipping charges will apply.

  • If the customer refuses delivery, a restocking fee may be deducted before refunding.

7. International Shipping

Currently, we only ship within Pakistan. International shipping may be introduced in the future.
